Pokémon Adventures Gold & Silver Box Set (Set Includes Vols. 8-14): Volume 2 (Pokémon Manga Box Sets)

The Pokémon Adventures Gold & Silver Box Set (Vols. 8–14) is a thrilling continuation of the Johto saga, packed with character-driven storytelling and high-stakes battles. Gold and Silver emerge as compelling protagonists, while gym leader showdowns—like Bugsy vs. Sabrina—add intensity and drama. The expansive 1,552 pages deliver fast-paced action reminiscent of the games, with deeper character development than seen in the anime.

I have a very happy 9 year old. He absolutely loves these books. Anything that gets my son to read deserves 5 stars :)

Arrived a little late, but am still pleased overall with this product. Have been a fan of this series for years, and am glad to finally have this one!

The Manga came four day's eailer than expected so I was very pleased with that! The condition was great aside from a little bending on the box which it comes in. The poster was smaller than I thought but it's only a poster. I would totally recomend buying this and I'm so happy with speed in which it came!

bought this set for my son for Christmas and he had read them all by boxing day ! says there great.

My son loves Pokemon Adventure series. Already read all few times.

10 year old loves these books

Super

I got this package earlier and was in really good shape

A caixa é linda.

Pokemon Gold and Silver were my favorite games when they came out in the US in 2000, and they've always had a special place in my heart. And also, I previously read the Pokémon Red and Blue manga, and loved it! So I had to get this manga box set, which is based on the Gold and Silver games and picks up where the first 7 volumes left off. The Pokemon manga is great, and I very much enjoyed reading these volumes. The Gold and Silver box set follows the adventure of Gold, an unlikely new Pokemon trainer, and his mysterious rival, Silver. Characters from the Pokemon Red and Blue manga (volumes 1-7) return as well, so there's something for everyone. There's an exciting story, lots of twists, and many characters fans will recognize, all of which make for a great read. I love this series, and I think its perfect for longtime Pokemon veterans and new fans alike.

(In English):Great quality books/manga for children & Pokemon fans. The story revolves around the original videogames and it adds more depth to the characters & monsters, showing us additional information about these beloved characters. However, it is NOT required to have played the games, so there is no problem if you are "newbie" to this franchise. Everything is explained in the books. It is required some English knowledge or vocabulary to understand the plot, but it is really easy to grasp. It is a good material to engage children whose mother tongue is not English. The package is completely sealed and it includes a mini-poster, really lovely. The delivery was fast enough (2-3 weeks, more or less) if we keep in mind that UK is outside of EU right now . I didn't have to pay taxes, thankfully. But I guess it depends on the Destination Country & their Border & Custom laws and the service itself (maybe they stop - or npt- some packages to charge - or not- some "extra-fees" for Importation).Overall, it is a really good product.10/10(In Spanish):Una colección/serie de mangas de gran calidad para niños y fans de Pokemon, en general.
