Review: So greatful for this! - one of the, if not the... best product for hayfever you will ever find. I have not been payed to write that. I try to avoid tablets for hayfever as often they make me feel drousy even when they say they wont, I find they affect my concentration for work and you trade one problem for another. Often with hayfever it will also make me wheeze and I have before coughed to the point I have been sick (I know that's horrible but true). I was on holiday in 2013 and felt awful that particular day, constantly coughing, not sleeping well, eyes itching, hard to breathe, streaming from nose... yes really bad as pollen was very high. A very good friend said why don't we ask in a health shop about it (this was an independent health shop), they were very helpful and said have you tried this product... so the result your all waiting for was... in one word... INSTANT! I felt calm in my chest, it literally felt like someone had hugged my insides and all I could say was thank you! Instant relief... Now I will explain what happens to start with... you sneeze more, for around 1-2 min (at least that's what happens with me), then, as long as you use it regularly through the day as soon as symptoms start- you can forget for 3-5 hours straight that you even have hayfever and enjoy your day. Its all natural and actually lasts a fairly good time. I normally buy 3 to last the whole hayfever season and only start taking as pollen starts to get high. I cannot recommend this highly enough and I am so greatful to my friend who suggested I try it!

**Q: The product "General Infmation" states this is "50 grams", whereas the picture shows 20ml.  Can you advise which it is?

A: 20ml is the size and 50 gram is the strength. I hope this clears up the situation.

**Q: Does this contain steroids or any forms of antihistamine?**
A: I have used this for a long time and its ingredients contain no steroids nor anti-histamines like you'd get if you went to the doc and got something prescribed, nor if you got it over the counter at a chemist . . . in fact that is why I use this and find it very effective at combating hay fever.

**Q: The tablets say homeopathic, pseudoscience. No such label on the nasal spray. What is the scientific basis of the spray (not an ingredients list)?**
A: Pollinosan Luffa Nasal Spray is a class I medical device according to Council Directive 93/42/EEC. It is an isotonic solution that relieves nasal congestion by rinsing out irritant particles and moisturising nasal membranes.

**Q: Is it a.vogel pollinosan luffa nasal spray 20ml or a luffa complex? the picture shows a different product than the description**
A: This packaging is Luffa complex, the other one Polinasan? I've used a while back does nothing for me but this stuff is just the ticket.
