Why does this say its rechargeable and then in description says needs batteries?

I thought that as well its not rechargeable and the batteries dont last long and .plus not worth the money

Can this actually blow leaves please?

Very light dry ones, but it’s not very powerful, it worked for about 3 months and then stopped altogether, but my son still plays with it making his own leaf blowing sounds!
