Great supplement
I was iron deficient and I do not eat enough protein. This supplement has been a great way for me to get my vitamins and protein/iron intake. It gives me energy in the morning and I have noticed thaty nails are growing stronger. I feel great after religiously taking one scoop of this supplement every morning. I am not a fan of the taste so I drink it as fast as I can, but the benefits outweigh the taste for me.

We don't take iron supplements for its smell ^_^
I came home from my second surgery, The doctor called me the day after worried because my iron count was so low telling me I'm anemic now.. The shake tastes like a silky chocolate. I'd have to say if you've never had sugar-free things it may come off really gross tasting so to help make it better find a milk substitute that works for you and add some sugar it will taste better or you could always add a little pumpkin spice mix or a little dairy-free creamer to change the flavor better. It's pretty thick so using a Shaker bottle ball or whisks would probably be best to mix it. It's easy to use, the texture isn't too bad, the quality is good, my blood count is coming back up so it's effective, Side effects: if you eat a heavy meal with it it can cause bloating. I use it as a meal replacement.

Excellent product!! The chocolate tastes great! I add a scoop to my banana smoothie every morning and it really makes a difference. I actually feel better and truly have so much more energy!! Thank you for this product. I highly recommend giving it a try!!!

Hard to stomach
First day using, this is definitely not easy to stomach, the smell and the taste is terrible and adding anything that could help with that would hinder absorption
