Platinum Patch 16oz

I used it to patch some holes on exterior siding. It may not be the exact intended use, but it worked great and sands easily. Use a damp rag to clean up any extra before it dries because it is rock hard and will last forever.

I love this stuff. It goes on easily and dries quickly. I have had success using it as a skim coat to kill the grain on wooden doors and also as a filler for larger holes and cracks. Once it dries, it's hard and water resistant. This is important because after the skim coat is dry, I want to give it a fine sand and use a damp cloth to remove the dust. Some patch compounds are water soluble, which makes the damp cloth a bit of a problem. I have not experienced shrinkage. However, for nail holes and cracks, I wait about five or ten minutes after I apply it and sand it smooth. If I wait too long, it gets much harder and is more difficult to sand.

Great product！just make sure to press down on plastic top after you use till it fully seals or it will dry out.

Used this product to fill a divot in a concrete garage floor and in the base of an exterior fiberglass column. Worked well in both applications.

This stuff works great. It's harder than most spackles, which makes it a tad harder to sand. Mush easier than vinyl lightweight spackles that are a pain to sand. I used this outside on facia boards. One pretty thick coat, sanded, then skimmed them. Primed and you cannot see that there were any holes at all. No shrinkage, etc.

Excellent product but very small can.

My go-to patching product for nail holes and larger voids. Somewhat pricey when compared to other fillers but doesn't shrink, sands and finishes well. Drys hard quickly. Does not accept stain well.
