Would this bond vinyl (to vinyl)?

I am an African art collector; often times I have to repair items that have been damaged in transport from far away places to me and have to be repaired. As well, I am a multi-media artist and frequently use glue in my creations. Having tried many different types of glues, I can say that this is the best one yet. However, although I have not testes this glue on vinyl, I would not doubt that it will do the job. The only word of caution is this: Loctite glue works very fast and once applied, it is practically impossible to reposition the surfaces you have applied it to. So, get your ducks in order and be precise because you only get one chance (no chance for correction). I think it is the real deal.I hope my review has been helpful.P.S. Is this resistent to water

It would depend on the application with water after the bonding of the part as too how effective it would be but water would not affect the bond

Does this work to bond plastic with metal? I need to glue screw and screwplate with plastic in laptop screen.

I am not sure that I understand your question. However, I will say this: as an art collector and a multimedia artist, I use this product for repairs and creating art pieces. It is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been making mixed-media art for years and have used a lot of different super glues. This is by far my favorite, both from the quality of the glue itself, and from a value perspective of how much comes in the bottle. It’s the fastest to set that I have found, and can make a very strong bond. The consistency is similar to water, which I prefer over the gel-type super glue, as it can wick under things more easily. It can struggle with glueing really cheap plastics together, but I expect that, as they’re one of the hardest things to glue. If you get a drop on your clothes, it will harden and never come out. Again, pretty expected behavior for cyanoacrylate. Works great on porous materials like EVA foam, and higher-quality plastics. Also works well on mixed-media combinations of wood, cardboard, and metal.

Strongest super glue I've ever used. Works perfect for gluing on pool cue tips, never comes off unless you cut them off. Works on just about anything.
