The Best
Insanely portable, great battery life, decent bang for your buck, and definitely Dewalt! 250 pound feet of breakaway torque is pretty impressive for a quarter inch drive, making this insanely compatible using 3/8 to 1/2 inch adapters. This is insanely versatile, and the appearance is a little bigger than the other Dewalt impact drivers, but small enough that it would be comfortable hanging on a tool belt all day. Very comfortable in the hand too!

Has power, fairly easy to handle and holds up.
Come to like these Dewalt impact drivers, this one has power and speed but it is a bit bigger and harder to handle than the one before it. Do not hit these on the chuck since that seems to destroy them. Durability is generally good and battery life does seem to hold up. Its a tool, it works, makes my life easier that's all I care about.

Good power and torque range!
I just picked up this 860 impact driver and the 805 drill driver. Spent the last hour drilling holes and driving and removing various screws and fasteners into a very hard pressure treated 4x4. Both tools passed the test w flying colors! This impact driver has all the power I’ll ever need. Lots of power! I really like how you can use setting 1 and apply a light touch to the trigger for lighter and smaller screws. It can be sensitive for lighter work if you need it. So great low to high torque range. Small and light little sucker too. Love it!

Default impact driver
Great general impact driver. Not as quiet as the hydraulic or as small as the atomic series, but more powerful. I really like how the triggers work on all the current dewalt tool line up too.

Great! DeWalt quality at its best
I have a DeWalt cordless drill, but, for some jobs, I needed an impact one. I bought this one, and it has been performing flawlessly. Can't go wrong with that one. If, it's not sold and shipped by Amazon, just make sure you buy it from a reliable vendor (>95% satisfaction rating). You'll save yourself possible disappointments.

Has all the power I need and it a good quality tool and doesn’t skip a beat doing lug nuts if the bits hold up, it’s made fast work of any thing you want it to do
