Fantastic protein. Flavor was on point it mixed well I use milk in a shaker bottle and it mixes easily. It even has little pieces of birthday cake like confetti I love it. It's been easy on my stomach and digest well.

Great flavor, mixes with milk or water. Bonus that it has little sprinkles! Yummm-O

Birthday cake tastes great with just 5 or 6 oz of water. I thought I had clumps but it's sprinkles. The powder looks like you could add eggs and milk and oil to make funfetti cake. i'm buying this flavor again soon but will try something else from them first. The scoop must be dug out but you're used to that but for the fun sprinkles i added a point back on value. If you like to blend until totally smooth then move along to another flavor for shaker bottle. Cost efficient and taste great although some of the sugars are there it's tiny and some eaas is great sooooo worth it by far for me. I was always buying on price point and suffering or paying for so/so gnc brand at a premium so I tried some from a brand I always saw and what a difference! I use it for a lunch replacement and as an appetite suppressant so time will tell how filling it is. It came a full year and a half from expiring so that is huge for me because I know the flavor is there. the stores keep any price of stuff on a shelf too long. stop wasting money and try my new favorite from amazon. Super happy with this right now.

2025- something has changed in the formula. While it tastes ok, it's not as strong of a cake batter flavor as it used to be, there are less of the little chocolate things, and it does not dissolve as well if you're mixing with water. The cake batter is still way better than the cookie dough (which tastes nothing like cookie dough) but it's not as good as it used to be.

This the only protein powder I’ve used for a couple of years now. The taste is a mixture of cookies and cream and birthday cake. It is sugary sweet and you can add milk, water, or any toppings that you want, and it will taste great. It does not give you bloating, and helps you hit the protein goal.

Taste and quality are king with this product. I used to buy protein powders in bulk and then add flavoring and extra ingredients to get the taste and texture just right. While that worked, it took longer and involved measuring ingredients for consistency. With this powder, the taste and texture are built in, making it easy to down with only water or milk. Going forward, I think I’ll stick with this product line for a while, trying different flavors to see which I like best.

First, the good: I have been buying Syntha-6 protein powders for the last three years, and they outclass everybody else in terms of taste. If it were only the protein powder, that would be true for consistency as well. However, the two flavors I've gotten the most (this one, and cookies n cream), the texture is really horrible. There are chunks that never dissolve, because they are not meant to. This protein powder has regular cake sprinkles in it. Why? I understand the gimmick, but I really hate drinking a protein shake and feeling solid cake sprinkles. I will probably keep buying from Syntha-6 and just use a sifter to separate the powder from the sprinkles.

This Apple Pie flavor is legit. Genuinely delicious flavor with chunks of real apple + crumbles. Tastes like what it sounds like. There’s cinnamon in there too for sure, so be aware you have to like the general flavor. Great protein source , I’m a bigger guy (200lbs.) and I typically use 3 exact scoops with about 8 oz. of almond milk. With Splenda if needed. I use A shaker cup so I blend it all up smoothly then throw in a light layer of crushed ice on top at the end. For me, they’re a viable meal replacement. Tasty stuff, would recommend. I also liked the Birthday Cake Remix and disliked the cookie dough one. Too chocolatey.
