My first solution was to get one of those things that hangs the hose above my head. That reduced contact of the hose around my body, but the plastic thing was still touching my face. This cover solved that problem, and it is indeed kind of snuggly! Note that I have a nose mask with about a foot of extra hose, but I just attached the hose cover closest to the nose part on that hose with the included velcro, and there was no problem.
