Fnatic x Lamzu MAYA 8K Small Wireless Pro Gaming Mouse Special Edition, Pixart 3950 Sensor, Epically Light 45g, up to 80h Battery Life, Optical Switches, Ambidextrous, Windows & Mac Compatible

I know this is a popular mouse and people already reviewed it but I’m giving my opinion. Long term thoughts on the Maya 8K (small): Set up: Mouse: Maya 8K w/ obsidian pros. No grip tape Pad: wallhack sp-004 and xray pad aqua control + Settings: 800 dpi 8Khz angle snapping on. Games: valorant apex overwatch kovaaks. Pros: Lightweight mouse but in terms of build quality, the mouse does not feel hollow or flimsy. Aggressively applying force to the sides and top of the mouse give no feedback (no popping or creaking or cracking). In addition to this the lightweight makes it feel like your mouse is gliding across the mousepad without having to put any input/effort to move it, this feeling is amped when using a glass pad. Starting and stopping feels effortless. 3950 application is good, not much to say there, very good sensor. Tracking, flicking and micro adjustments feel accurate. 8khz- don’t have a 8khz monitor, just gotta trust the numbers. Bigger number = bigger cool. Software - the software is easy to use and the settings such as angle snapping is a good addiction for gamers who play valorant. I personally have this setting on across all games but that’s up to personal preference. The software on the most part is simple and high quality. No bloatware like the steelseries software. Switches, side buttons, scroll wheel - switches are light and there is little to no pre/post travel. However, I’m not sure if this is universal but my mouse has side to side wobble on both left and right. The side buttons personally are in the perfect positioning for my grip style, easy access and tactile snappy response/ feedback. Middle/ scroll wheel button is fine, standard and smooth. Cons: The holes on the bottom make the bottom of the mouse a dust magnet. Making cleaning the bottom of the mouse a pain. As a glasspad user, it is basically mandatory to clean the mouse and the pad to make sure I don’t get that scratchy feel from dust on the pad or skate. This makes it more of a pain but that’s personal opinion. Battery life is shit, that is all. 20 hours on 8khz is meh for a mouse this expensive. Charging it every 3 days is not a problem, it just sucks to have a meh battery life for a mouse that costs about £120 (GBP). Overall, this mouse is like a 8/10. Very cool colour and overall great mouse. It just sucks that the battery life is mediocre and mouse button wobble.

Best thing I made this year. I saw a streamer story on Instagram that he bought this mouse so I decided to search about it. It literally gave me more than what I was expecting from it. Best mouse I had all time.

Sensor feels nice and accurate. Mouse is light, switches feels good, and battery life is just okay. I only use it at 1k polling, highest would be 2k for me, as you start having issues with some games at 4/8k.

Great mouse specs and decent software for the mouse however the shape didn't comfortable sit in my hand

7 months in, the scroll wheel is off. Other than the malware attack installing the app, it's great - barely need to charge it. If you care for polling rates might be a different story.

Ottimo mouse, molto leggero e comodo di impugnatura agli inizi ero titubante per la dimensione visto che viene fabbricato in 2 formati e questo sarebbe il più piccolo dei 2. Impugnatura e dimensione molto simile al Logitech superlight ma il logi vale poco e nulla in genere in 3 mesi si spacca la rotella e inizia ad andare su e giù mentre scrolli una pagina verso una direzione randomicamente questo lo rende assai inutilizzabile per il cambio arma negli fps ne ho cambiati 2 in pochi mesi. Prima di questo avevo il fnatic bolt anche se sembrava di plasticaccia ha fatto il record di 1 anno e 15 giorni di vita poi ha iniziato a fare i doppi click, quindi ho pensato di riprendere un'altro fnatic dopo le brutte esperienze avute con Logitech e Razer e la loro poca durata visto lo scarso controllo qualità dei marchi. Al contrario del Bolt sembra di fattura migliore Lamzu é conosciuto per i suoi ottimi livelli, ma questo solo il tempo lo dirà e spero che gli interruttori ottici non soffrano del doppio click. Il mouse viene fornito con ricevitore 8k e vari gadget come una custodia morbida in tela per riporlo, pattini di ricambio, un adesivo per coprire il fondo (molto utile per evitare che si rempia di sporcizia), assieme anche agli adesivi antiscivolo che presto posizionerò. Col mouse impostato a 8k dal poco che sono riuscito a testare mi pare che la batteria possa durare 7-8 ore ho consumato circa 12% in un'ora di gioco. Personalmente lo terrò impostato a 1000/2000hz perché non vedo tutto questo vantaggio e preferisco avere una durata della batteria di più giorni anche per farla durare nel tempo senza usurarla troppo dovendo ricaricarla meno. Aggiornerò nel tempo la recensione questo era giusto un primo approccio con questo gioiellino.

Quasi die Perfekte Maus für Competitive Games, zb Valorant, CS usw Bisher hatte ich eine Logitech Superlight, diese Maus ist aber nochmal um einiges leichter in der Hand + Super Qualität + Mausrad nach täglicher Benutzung wie neu, kein „Ghost Scrolling“ Kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es aber, was PC Spieler aber nicht betrifft: Man kann sie wirklich NUR mit dem PC verwenden, von Konsolen wird sie nicht erkannt. Getestet mit XSX und PS5. Ist für mich persönlich irrelevant, wollte ich aber nur anmerken Alles in allem eine wirklich gute Maus, sehr leicht, perfekt für Competitive Spieler
