## Questions & Answers

**Q: could anyone explain to me the difference between isotonic and hypertonic rinse please? it seems to be on the packet....**
A: I think for a nasal rinse, the isotonic solution (small side of spoon) will just rinse out allergens whereas the hypertonic solution (large side of spoon) will draw out excess mucus or moisture.

**Q: what is the himalayan salt made of is it genuinely just salt or anything added as I have a lot of allergies and there is no ingredients list**
A: Just salt.I mix it with bicarbonate of soda at a ratio of 3 salt to 1 bicarb to make it less stingy.

**Q: The instructions refer to a spoon, but I cant find one?**
A: It will be somewhere buried in the salt

**Q: How much amount of this salt should I dissolve in what capacity of water to get acceptable proportion of salt water to be used for neti pot?**
A: Hello, if you want the perfect proportion I suggest you buy this neti pot:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Yoga-Mad-NoseBuddy-Yoga-Mad-Nosebuddy/dp/B004QL7C8C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1409564705&sr=8-2&keywords=neti+pot which comes with a measuring spoon and works perfectly. Anyway, the proportion should be about a teaspoon of salt in a neti pot of average size.
