My doctor told me I needed a magnesium supplement. This product is the most affordable and kept me from being deficient according to my labs. But then they canceled my subscription and it’s no longer available. Sad, this is the second one that has done this.

Almost flavorless, mixed in a little warm water

I have been taking this for about 2 months now. But I got wondering what is making this so sweet tasting. So I looked for the company, and manufacturer. The manufacturer is listed on the packaging. A residential address on a road not listed on Google maps as it is a developing residential area. While I believe the price point is great, I now wonder where it is truly manufactured, the quality of the ingredients, and if what is listed is actually what is in it. I have not noticed any difference taking this.

I frequently run critically low levels of serum magnesium. It makes my renal doctor crazy. I am well acquainted with the signs and symptoms of hypomagnesemia. I carry the above with me at all times. It's easy to take and well absorbed under my tongue; it's not hideous tasting and has demonstrated the ability to raise my critically low serum magnesium level to therapeutic in 30 minutes. It takes numerous capsules of the powdered stuff and hours of time to do the same.

This liquid Magnesium Glycinate absorbs quickly and helps me to sleep better. I give 4 stars, but would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so sweet. I would also like it better if it was available in a 2oz dropper bottle.
