Had this belt for almost a year. Battery holds well and the heating function is pretty serious, gets deep into muscle to relax. The air pump handle leaves a little to be desired but does the job.

Stopped working . Was not able to get a replacement one

The heat and vibration of this brace helps reduce my pain to a tolerable level. Plus, I can work around the house or cook while getting heat and massage therapy!!!! Product quality is great! I have had no problems at all! Would definitely recommend

Does not work well on short waisted female body. Can't get a fit at top and pushes uncomfortably up under breasts.

Got this for my wife and she says it has made her like 💯 better. Between the pressure, the heat, and the massage it’s a winner all around.

This belt saved me from having to have back fusion. I gave it only 2 stars because of the durablity of it. I went through 3 belts - The funtions quit working. If it were better built I would have given it 5 stars. I will buy another, but not this brand.

My lower back feels really great after using this support belt with heat and vibration. The inflation gives it a very firm feel and a lot of support. Love that it is cordless so that I can wear it around the house while doing things. The vibration is not extremely strong but over time can give an effect. The heat is surprisingly effective, and feels good right against the lower back. There is an additional Velcro belt extension to allow for larger sized people which is a good design feature. The unit recharges via USB C. It's been great for lower back aches and pains as well as menstrual cramps. The more heat and more vibration that you use, the less time the battery will last, so keep this in mind. The one thing I was going to complain about was that sometimes my arm would brush the controller on the front of the belt and change settings. Though there is a "lock" icon on the charging indicator on the controller I could not figure out how or if you could lock the buttons or not. It didn't even say how to in the instruction booklet that I could see. But I eventually figured out you can lock the buttons by short clicking once on the power button on the side - a much needed feature but I wish they had explained it at all.

This is a joke for real. You can pump til your heart explodes and hardly does anything. Not very user friendly. Not happy
