The boil speed on this kettle is excellent.I keep chopped up ginger in mine.We keep this in he bedroom in our kitchenette area so it being lightweight while being made of glass with the energy efficiency is one more reason I love it.Temperature control is on the handle and filter works ..very easy to clean.The quality is better than my previous all plastic kettle which was smaller.It is still going strong after daily use and surviving two falls(on carpet) for several months.Water boils so quick and stay hot long enough..

It has been easy to clean so far, very convenient to use, and has become one of my most important daily appliances. I’m very happy with this purchase! It heats up fast to a nice rolling boil. Great for tea, instant oatmeal, ramen or anything that requires boiling water.

I simply use this every single day. From warming up my sourdough water, to making my tea at night, this product gets its use in my house! It holds more water than I originally thought it would. It's lightweight and works so fast! It can be loud while boiling but I don't mind that because I can hear it boiling while I'm doing other things around the house. It just heats up so fast! So easy to use. One click of a button and it's immediately warming up. I've heard others complain of rust with their electric kettles but I have kept water in mine for months now and have not seen an issue of the slightest. Filling is easy and honestly, I don't know what I'd do without it now.
