Light and Smooth Flavor
Light and smooth flavor. I haven't been using it long enough to vouch for its effectiveness, but it mixes up well and has a delightful aroma, not too spicy. I mix 1/4 tsp with warm diluted coconut milk and a splash of locally sourced honey. Great treat and interestingly it stops me from craving carb snacks at night. Time will tell if it helps with arthritis symptoms.

Surprisingly good flavor
Pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this. Great alternative to coffee. I love mixing with cashew milk, yum!

This stuff tasted Absolutely Amazing
So the one thing that I will say that less is definitely more in this case you only are able to use a tiny bit at a time or else the flavor will be too overwhelming. Start off small and then add to it as you go in as your taste changes. I use mine to make golden milk lattes and they taste amazing. I have start drinking them every night before I go to bed. I use cashew milk which makes it extra creamy.

Use cocoa if you like sweet
I took the advice of “lushnight” to add cocoa. It’s very good. I purchased the chili free option. I’m drinking this for the health benefits of turmeric. I was told you need to have at least 12g of fat for absorption of the turmeric, that is the reason for the tablespoon of butter. This is my recipe. It was very good and satisfying. Drank it hot. 1 cup almond milk 1 Tablespoon Cocoa 1 Tsp Lankanto monk fruit sweetener 1/2 Tsp latte mix 1 Tablespoon of Butter Protein 3 Carbohydrate 3 Calories 175 Fat 17.5
