My gyno said at my check up that my tissue look much better after using it a couple weeks. At first you will have some dead tissue sluffing if you've been peri or meno for awhile without hrt. The moisture allows for the degraded tissue to fall off and reveal fresh which normally happens on a daily basis when you have enough moisture from proper estrogen levels and water intake. But if those things are laking for awhile, that dead tissue builds up. Its like a pedicure for your vagina basically, when you first start using this. So don't be alarmed when you see that during intercourse. After consistent use of about 3 weeks, that goes away. I would also recommend using it overnight because it does well let's just say gravity what goes up does come down. I felt a lot of relief after using it. I did feel a little burning but the package said that was normal and that went away with a few seconds. It comes with disposable applicators. The packaging was nice.
