Is this a moisturiser? My skin feels very tight afterwards and doesn't look or feel moisturised.

I don't use Cellfood Oxygen Gel as a moisturizer, rather as a hydrator which I apply prior to applying face cream. I feel the gel helps my skin to drink in the moisture better.

Is this product better than any of the usual lip products for very dry and stinging lips?

The product is for face, not for lips. My experience with it is that it it helps maintaining healthy and beautiful skin.
