Seems to help ease stomach
I was surprised that these actually do help with irritated stomach. Not to the point where I can throw away my omeprazole, but it definitely helps reduce the frequency. Easy to swallow capsules. No nasty repeat or side effects.

Start with a small dose
These worked well for me but unfortunately I had some side effects such as breathlessness and nausea. I would start with one a day and then build up to the stated dose of three per day gradually. I think I must have been allergic to some of the ingredients.

Works surprisingly well!
Seems to be working rather well for my husband who has Diverticulitis and had a temporary stoma, he's never been back to 'normal' since the surgeries. The slippery Elm made him produce something he was rather proud of, it wasn't in the form of something you or I may be used to and a little on the 'loose' side of things. On this occasion I declined an invitation to view his creation, but nothing could take the smile and surprise away from him. I'm just thankful it didn't block up the lavatory! I won't be adding a video or photo unfortunately Mr Amazon. It's for the best for all here.
