Badger Air-Brush Company Medium Conversion for Model 105, 155, 200NH, 360 and 3155

I've been using Badger Airbrushes now for more than twenty years, and they work well. However, as with all airbrushes, the needle valve assembly is very delicate and an airbrush will not work without it. My current one has not failed, but I feel much more comfortable having a spare on hand. these parts fill the bill exactly!

I got this as a spare. I figured it would be a good idea to have an extra as I do many commissions and downtime is really not an option. Also, living in a small city, all of the hobby shops around me carry other brands of airbrushes or the Badger parts they do carry are special order items. I simply cannot wait a week for a needle to come in. So, I ordered a spare. And good thing I did. Not 10 minutes after hitting "buy" I dropped my airbrush on the desk. I completely bent the tip of the needle. This is par for my luck. So, I did have two days of downtime waiting for the needle to arrive. Luckily I had plenty of detail work to do with a brush to keep my busy. This needle is a direct replacement for the regular Badger Patriot 105. It is too big for the Extreme but will fit just fine with the tip included. I did order a few more to have them around.

The product I got did not work in my airbrush and they were very quick to return it. I got it quick. I love badger airbrushes and their customer service is as good as their guns.

For those wondering, the medium conversion needle (51-048) is 7mm and the fine conversion needle (51-81DT) is 5mm. The Badger Patriot 105 comes with the 51-81DT 5mm fine needle.

I used this needle because my original one is bent, after 1 use I had already signs of corrosion. After 3 use it's look like this and no paint can came out my Patriot 105. I'll take my OG one that had no Corrosion at all from 2 years of use.
