Comes in handy packs of 5 which is perfect for 250g of rice. No breaks and each sheet perfectly shaped and formed. Clear to see the shiny side and the textured side. And doesn’t break under pressure. Easy to roll and shows you hot to make a fat roll of sushi on the back. Which is probably the easiest roll. You can also make two thin rolls if you break the sheet in half. The rolls I made were very tasty. And they had a nice texture to bite into. It feels like eating a big fish cut into slices. Has a great subtle umami taste and a sticky papery kind of texture that almost melts in your mouth. I made some thin rolls with cucumber, some with pickled carrot, some with peppers and some with avocado. I made some thick roles with sliced quorn nuggets. And spicy mayo. Red peppers and pickled carrot and thinly sliced cucumber. I also used yakuta rice with this and just used rice vinegar from aldi. With the described salt and sugar. Really nice fresh sushi. With a bit of practice you can make it look very professional like from a restaurant. There’s many types of rolls you can make. I use the packet instead of a bamboo mat to roll my sushi. The only issue I had is my knife wasn’t sharp enough to cut the sushi cleanly. So the end pieces often fell apart. Where there was less rice. But I am an amateur.
