Its a strap, but dang is it soft, light and comfortable. Velcro works better than i thought it would. Honestly and for comparison, I have a Tudor Black Bay Chrono on the Tudor Nylon/Silk strap, and this is way more comfortable and because it is velcro, can be adjuated absolutely perfect whixh you can't even do on the much more expensive strap. Is it worth 50 bucks? Eh. Is the Tudor worth 500? No. Is it better than the straps half the price that function more like the Tudor? Yes. Long story short, would buy again.

Install was simple, but a little difficult, as the band is tough out of the box. YouTube’d the install. Fits my Garmin Instinct 2X Solar (fits all 26mm compatible Garmin watches). The band has been comfortable the past 24 HRS, and the fitment depends entirely on the user’s adjustment. It’s a hook and loop style system, which is nice. The Velcro doesn’t seem cheap at all and is very minimalistic (slim profile). Hasn’t caught on my uniform sleeves. The band also sits very thin compared to competitor nylon brands (Hemsut, to name one, which gets very bulky from what I’ve seen and read).
