I am very happy with this item however the pan does not always open fully when the brush is removed and you have to get your foot into the opening to push it wide open. The comb is only partially effective at removing the dust from the brush however, overall it is very nice in that you don't have to bend down and it stores away really nicely and the pan is easy to empty and the brush does what a brush does. It comes in assembly parts which you screw together, so there are moments when you have to re-screw the brush and pan stems, as they can come a bit loose with use, but that is such a trivial problem. Overall, I think this is a very good product.

This is absolutely brilliant! The dustpan sits perfectly on the floor and allows to collect even the smallest dust powder, plus it study and you can live it standing on the floor while you are swiping around. The plastic container doesn't flip around easily so your garbage is secure inside when you carry it around and the comb helps to remove the hair from the brush without touching it. The broom is made with fantastic material that attracts and creates clothes of dust so it will not just fly around. The only thing to consider is that the boom is large just a couple of cm so I don't think is good if you are planning to use it for a regular cleaning or for big rooms but it's brilliant to reach small areas as around the cooker or the fridge or under the sofa. The sticks are long and are perfect for me that can't bend because I had a spinal surgery. Love it!

This set is so easy to use, and very sturdy, it is a great size and adjustable to your height. The dustpan is deep, meaning you can sweep up a lot of debri in one go. I highly recommend this product.

I like this product but after it keeps on disconnecting from the poles and is difficult to open once closed. Also, it disconnects, flinging the handle back, spilling all the rubbish out. What do you suggest?

Love the broom as it gets under all the hard to get to places. Dustpan leaves no residue when the dirt is swept in. A little stiff to open the first time, but fine after that. Also great for putting down cat bowls, and other things on the floor, as I can't bend down at the moment!!

Lasting well folds to store upright Brush works well

This set is well made and sturdy. I like the way it closes up after use making it a nice looking article standing in the kitchen.

Unfortunately it appears to be difficult to comtact the seller, otherwise I would have. It may be just mine that is faulty. I love the look and if it wasn't for the brush part not sticking properly to the stick and always coming apart after 1 sweep, I would have given 5 starts. But like this I have to bend down and it defeats the purpose unfortunately
