I brought this tap booked plumber checked twice the water pressure is very low on hot water this has failed the item discribtion I have to spend 4 times the cost of plumber even I have written it back and get a new one cost of fixing is more totally dissatisfied with the product I won't recommend to buy this item from dayone

Very stiff tap mixer
Very stiff. I try lubricating it but didn't work. Very had to find a good position for a good ration of hot and col water.

Leaky tap turns out expensive labour charges
The plumber has installed the unit, but it’s leaking—water continues to drip even after the tap is fully closed. I would like to request a replacement but no communication option. Additionally, labour costs is doubled as I will have to pay for removing. And then one more time for installation!! I have already spent 2x more than tap cost on labour... And more will occur.

Der Wasserhahn kam in einer ordentlichen Verpackung. Alles Nötige für die Installation war im Lieferumfang enthalten. Ohne Beschädigungen. Einziges Manko: Der Perlator für den Strahl ist nicht so toll. Meine Spüle ist nicht sehr tief, und der Hahn ist hoch – deswegen spritzt das Wasser beim Aufprall am Spülboden auf die Arbeitsplatte. Ansonsten: Für den Preis ganz okay. Schwerlich findet man etwas Besseres für das Geld mit ordentlichem Aussehen.
