Awesome Drone perfect for practice i had a blast gives you the opportunity to learn the basics without busting up an expensive drone. I flew mine with a bit of wind it handled it just fine , you have to make sure you have a handle on this since it does not have gps but i was surprised i did not have to trim it out right out of the box. I did have a few minor crashes but it kept on flying i just recalibrated the gyro and off it went kept it low and on the slow speed, the camera is pretty good not cinematic but for the price you can’t go wrong. I would say its a great beginner drone for a great price..

I was looking for cheap drones and found this one and I have been saving up for months. When it arrived I had a lot of expectations and it filled almost all of them. It flys relly good wind is a problem though and the camera is also kinda crappy plus it is really slow with charging the batteries, but in general it is one of the best purchases I have made. The flips actually work!

I appreciate the perspectives drone photos and videos provide. As an amateur photographer, I've long wanted to play with a drone-based camera to add sky-shot elements to my reperatore. Now that they've been around for a while, I figured it was time to try one out. Too bad the primary feature failed - the camera. PROS: - fun to fly! - the provided foam-filled carrying case is great for transporting all the elements and small fragile drone - a slight breeze didn't bother the drone's flight too much (it worked better than a few videos implied) - 8 extra rotors are provided in case (or rather, WHEN) you crash the drone and bend or break one due to pilot error - two methods to fly the drone - (1) included transmitter, control yokes, and (2) phone app CONS: - I really wanted to like this drone/camera combo and find it useful, but it failed in its most important element - the camera. - the camera never turned on, whether working with the onit in my house, or outside - repairing my phone and the drone many, many times failed to make the camera work (even tought all other features did work) - pairing the drone and my phone was challenging; sequence matters so BE SURE to follow the instructions in the order written (they were obvious once I figured out how to make it all work)

First off, DEERC freaks me out a bit. Their quality is usually way better than you'd expect, this drone is no exception. I just don't know how they do it. I'm sure their labor is cheap, I get that but the engineering and thought that goes into their design and function is indicative of a company that is much more than a simple rebranding house that sells generic crud. My first DEERC product was a 1/16th scale RC basher that knocked my socks off so I've pulled the trigger on a few of their products at this point and I have never been disappointed. The first thing that caught my attention right out of the box was how sturdy it felt in my hand. Many small drones feel brittle or loose, some even rattle when handled even lightly. This just feels sturdy. It is light but not cheap-light if that makes any sense at all. The connectivity is rather good for the price. I did have a few issues but nothing worth mentioning. The range is good and right around where someone should expect for a drone in this category. Battery life is good, not great but I am rarely satisfied with battery life of anything I buy. The controls are good and fairly responsive. I've seen better drones for sure but none at this price.

Drone lost connection withing 50 feet of the wifi and took off on its own. Ended up in a tree and when it came down an arm broke off. Be very mindful of this. 2 days after the box was opened. Not happy at all.

This is an easy drone to set up and fly. With a little practice you'll love flying this. Really quick. Very durable and still Flys good and more than a couple crashes. You should absolutely buy this, you won't regret it.

Verarbeitung und Optik der Drohne und Fernsteuerung ist ganz gelungen für den kleinen Preis, bei den Akkus geht's aber dann schon los, dass die Arretierung nur mit Werkzeug und massivem Kraftaufwand gelöst werden kann um die Akkus zu wechseln( zumindest bei der zu uns gelieferten Drohne) . Flugzeit bei voll geladenem Akku liegt bei 5 Grad ungefähr bei 20 min, also voll i. O. Problematisch bei der Beschreibung finde ich, dass die Drohne für Kinder sein soll. Sie muss aber vor jedem Flug getrimmt werden und kann kaum mit Wind umgehen. Das macht es für ein Kind schwierig die Drohne im freien zu kontrollieren. Die App ist schwierig zu bedienen, Menü hat keine Informationen bei den Buttons wodurch sehr viel ausprobiert werden muss um rauszufinden was dann passieren soll. Flip wollte sie gar nicht machen. Die Videoübtragung ist sehr verzögert, die Steuerung also die Reaktion nach bewegen des Joysticks der Drohne ebenfalls. Bei uns geht sie zurück und ich leg nochmal 100 euro drauf, dann hat man auch wirklich Spaß beim Fliegen. Wichtig für Kids, die Drohne sollte bei verbindungsabriss automatisch zum Startpunkt zurückkehren und selbstständig Wind ausgleichen können.

Anfangs hatte mein Junior viel Spaß mit seiner Drohne, bis sie bei der dritten Nutzung ohne Grund abstürzte. Danach liefen immer nur 3 der 4 Motoren und ein Betrieb war nicht möglich. Da immer ein anderer Motor ausfiel, liegt der Fehler wohl in der Elektronik irgendwo. Dazu ist die Übertragung der Kamera sehr schlecht und es handelt sich eher um 4 Sekunden Standbilder. Schade... Die nächste wird sorgsamer ausgesucht und verfügt über eine 4k-Kamera. EDIT: Korrektur von 1-Stern auf 4-Stern: Nach Rückgabe hat sich der HolyStone Support nochmal eingeschaltet. Super nett und zuvorkommend und hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Es geb sogar eine kleine Entschädigung, damit der Sohnemann nicht ganz so enttäuscht ist. 👍

Richtig tolle Drohne! Für diesen kleinen Preis bekommt man ganz schön viel! Wir haben keine hohen Erwartungen an die Kamera gehabt. Die Kamera ist aber wirklich super und hat uns positiv überrascht! Sie fliegt sehr ruhig und stabil. Unsere Zehnjährige Tochter kommt sehr gut damit Mein Papa hat schon deutlich teurere Drohnen gehabt und hat sich die hier auch gekauft. Selbst, mein Papa ist begeistert. Also nur zu empfehlen!
