Totaly wourth the price and the flavor is amazing and rich
Amazing flavor deep rich vanilla bean flavor and the aroma will make your mouth water and your home smell like a place of comfort and good old smells of baking from scratch for the family. Price is great too. I give it a 10 !!! I’m sold on it for sure.

It's real vanilla.
This is yummy. Price is good. It DOES have sugar - a tablespoon has eight grams of sugar. I would prefer that they thicken it with glycerin but it's still a good product and to add vanilla taste only requires a teaspoon.

Good for adding caviar, not the most flavor
For the price, this product is a steal. I've come to accept the fact that I will probably always use pastes to add caviar and extracts or emulsions to add flavor. It's cheaper than buying beans to add caviar and honestly, it keeps longer. Beans can dehydrate or even get moldy if stored improperly. A paste like this takes all the worry out of proper storage and honestly, will last a really long time. For flavor I'd say it's just meh but honestly, most pastes would get that reaction from me. The conclusion I've come to is that pastes are really just thickened solutions to suspend caviar with sugar, thickeners and some extract added. I've started using pastes in addition to extracts and emulsions to get the flavor I want in what I'm making. I'll use extracts if I'm not baking and emulsions if I am. I have yet to try vanilla bean powder but I hear it's one of the most potent ways to add vanilla flavor. This is still a great value just don't expect it to give a strong vanilla flavor in your items. I actually tried it straight yesterday and I was like...yeah...mostly sugar. But that's ok because the caviar is gorgeous and looks great in ice creams, custards, candies like marshmallow etc... Plus it is adding some flavor just not a ton.

Zero vanilla flavor/chemical suspension fluid
Same consistency and flavor as hair gel. At least what I imagine hair gel to taste like. Seriously, the “paste” component is a weird translucent suspension fluid that small brown flecks are suspended in. It tastes like some strange chemical….and the vanilla flavor is nearly non existent. We baked some vanilla bean custard croissants and had to add so much additional vanilla paste just to try and get any vanilla flavor at all. It completely changed the consistency of the recipe….and still had zero vanilla flavor. I fancy myself a pretty decent cook and baker and simply had never seen vanilla paste before and thought it just had never crossed my path before and I was in for a super concentrated vanilla experience. I’m going back to tried and trusted 100% pure, alcohol free organic extract. Now what to do with this bottle….I guess it’s going to end up down the drain, it’s literally that bad. Sorry to bash a product so heavily, not my style
