Excellent value Excellent paint!
It doesn't dry as stated but the results are well worth the extra waiting time. It applies really well and it looks great when dry and it spreads really well I have enough of the paint to do 4 coats so that's what I am putting down. I also think it is a decent price for the quality of the paint and i highly recommend it.

Good paint
I did our concrete porch with this after applying a primer and it's holding up well so far with dog and foot traffic.

Covered treated 4 x 4 gate posts. I liked the heavy weight of the paint in my application. It seems to be holding up under weather conditions.
