I used 3 different gel baits and the bait stations, and it never really seemed to help, though admittedly this was a really bad infestation. I also used the hormone interrupter foam as well. But I think this was the best idea (on top of some massive cleaning efforts), because you can't fight physics, and this product physically gets at them without them even knowing or being able to do anything about it as long as you lightly apply it where they are or where they likely go. I don't know if this was the clincher or if this was just What Worked, but my mother-in-law's bug problem is finally under control. I'm not sure how long it took to work since I don't live there, but when I came back to visit a few weeks later there was a marked difference. This was extremely effective and easy to use, though you shouldn't fill the "puffer" more than halfway or it will send the dust out in big clumps instead of a light dusting. If you can see it, they'll avoid it and that defeats the purpose.
