As good as the medicated one
Very effective and fast for congestion.

Okay, but used up in no time
Not as fast acting as the 'proper' stuff and you need a few more squirts more often, but does work eventually. Needed an alternative to the other stuff beginning with xylo (can't remember) as I was worried about overuse. As usual though it doesn't last very long; meaning you don't get much (20ml) and it's not cheap. Basic non branded eucalyptus my be just as good.

Soothing menthol
No idea why anyone would discredit this product it is simply amazing! So many nasal sprays have drugs in so cannot be used for long, I have hayfever and non-allergic sinus issues so I suffer all year round, this is the ONLY spray I get some real relief from! I love the menthol action it clears my breathing and feels very soothing I always have a bottle in at home. Has even helped to prevent sinus headaches, I have tried saline sprays and the silver sprays and sea salt water sprays and they did nothing for me even the manuka honey nasal spray that just stang my sinuses and did nothing else, this is really the best over the counter spay I have used I no longer look for anything new to try I just hope they never stop making this!

Item arrived in great time
Item was received in good quick time but unfortunately it's not strong enough to clear my nasal whereas other makes are more effective

Doesn't work! Increases congestion…
I have used this product in the past and found it really effective, but the new style pump seems to have a different scent inside and doesn't smell of menthol any longer - if fact it smells quite chemically. The spray action is good but the doesn't clear my nose and has actually made it more blocked - totally the opposite of what it's supposed to do! Can only assume they have changed the ingredients or it's a bad batch - either way, I won't be buying it again.

Bad spray pump
Contents are fine- spray pump is very poor- I keep having to pull it up to depress it again and it emits a stream, not a spray.

It’s good, it Weened me off the steroid nasal spray🙏🏻 Which was keeping me awake at night. It works👍
