Absolutely disappointing. Not only is the numpad a level of dark in the image that would lead one to believe it will match the Kenesis Freestyle Edge RGB keyboard I purchased (fun fact — it's a lighter shade of gray that only matches the lower-end Kenesis keyboard(s)) but the ASCII codes I use on a daily basis don't function on this numpad without special macro support and configuration via the "Smart App" software for the Kenesis that — after 2 weeks of trying every solution I could find on the internet and multiple rounds of support with the manufacturer — don't work whatsoever. Couldn't install the software and when it finally installed, it would not see the keyboard, multiple crashes of the software. An absolute nightmare. Then, when returned and reported as defective — which it absolutely is — the shipper scharged me a 20% restocking fee. I guess I should be thankful to have paid money for an awful experience.

I'm on my 2nd Kinesis Freestyle2 keyboard and I finally splurged to the the 10 key. I've written reviews for the keyboard before, but now that I've got it coupled with their 10 key to match? I am in pure data entry Heaven! Their design is unmatched with the hotkeys, that do NOT require additional software installation! So, you aren't breaking any company policies if you use a PC/MAC and the admins forbid additional software installation! The additional TAB/BACKAPACE buttons on the 9key, PURE GENIUS design! I always keep my production numbers way above par, and the ONLY way I have achieved this is through using the Kinesis Freestyle2 split keyboard and now, their matching 10 key! I cannot wait to work my shift tomorrow and see what all new data processing tricks I can come up with!! Forgive my amateur "tenting" on my uploaded photo. Maybe Santa Clause will spring for the real thing from Kinesis this year! I've used every style of computer keyboard ever made pretty much over the last 35 years or so. And trust me....the team at Kinesis has the goods!! If you type all day, and do a lot of copy/cut and pasting for whatever it is you do on a computer, you GOTTA give the Kinesis Freestyle2 gear a chance! You will NOT regret it!!

It was perfect for me after my bicep repair. And now that has healed it is still a very good keyboard. The only issue I have as a typist, it was difficult getting used to the way it is split.

This is a good 10-key. I like that I can put it wherever, because ergonomic areas do not always have a lot of space. The problem is that my keyboard (also Kinesis) is so well-lit that when I go to use the 10-key, I have to turn on a light or strain to see the numbers. I don't love the placement of the TAB and BACKSPACE keys, but I don't have a clever alternative. I am glad they're there, because it's helpful. Overall, I'd recommend this if you have limited options for placement of a 10-key.

I freaking love this thing!! I've bought 4 sets so far, the keyboard, the risers and the keypad. I don't use "regular" keyboards anymore, this is my go-to for home and work.
