Silvercrest Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner

I have been shopping on Amazon for over 10 years and I have to admit that this is the worst product i have ever purchased. It fails in every aspect of being a floor cleaner. Here is a list of problems 1. Water reservoir absolutely useless as there is a tiny hole for the water to come out from. 2 The holes that are supposed to feed the brush/roller in the head unit are tiny so it barley wets the roller. The roller was bone dry the couple of times I tried to use it. 3. The button that's supposed to increase the water flow does not work. So why not return it you ask, well I was using it as a basic mop, Lightly spraying the floor with cleaner first and using the machine to mop it up. This worked well so i thought I'd keep it for that. Having tried that yesterday the roller now starts and stops, battery says its fully charged when on the charger but shows red when off it. There is so much wrong with it, I'm wondering how it ever came to market, was there any research and development or testing done at all. Normally I like to do my research before purchasing an Item and couldn't find anything on this product and now I know why. Do not buy !!

Second one I got as first one stopped working after a week and this one has done same thing I'm very disappointed as when it was working it was great mopped floor great picked up bits and hair a treat such a shame

It looks good quality etc but upon reading the instructions it says it doesn’t have suction which is one of the reasons I bought it 🙁. I’m sure it’s a good floor cleaner but disappointed

Waste of money.

Don't buy this product it's useless doesn't do what it says

Arrived ok, but would not dispense the water. It was not expensive but should still at least function.

Water doesn’t come out at all if it did it would be good but pointless without it.

Like the other person said there’s no suction so it’s absolutely pointless! ! Don’t buy it it’s a waste of money !
