Indoor walking at 4.5km to 5.5km per hour is good pace for me. I use it in the garage , I think use in the house could be a bit of a hot workout . The product stands on its end against the wall with the power cable unplugged. The remote is only operational when the handle is stowed flat, with the handle raised the control dial is easy to use and gives feedback of speed and distance. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointing customer service. *by S***T on 18 February 2025* Came up with error code within a few months. Contacted seller, who at first offered replacement. Then changed the offer to refund as none available. I'm sure this had nothing to do with the fact, I purchased it on a great deal, and now it's full price. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works well but remote not functioning and handle release has been restructured *by N***T on 15 October 2024* Still waiting for contact about remote from 6?weeks ago .
