Perfect!! POST SURGICALMUST FOR LADIES
Yes, I have on right now! Perfect after my open-heart surgery one of Brey is just not going to go over that darn scar without being in pain. my trick for putting it on and you can’t twist or move your arms much - put the Velcro side in the drawer. Make sure you know which side is facing in, hold the other side to your chest and twirl slightly open the door and slide across to seal the Velcro.

Measure well
I must’ve ordered a size 2 large because this is very very long. I recently had a bilateral mastectomy and needed something to bind my chest during the recovery process. Although this was much longer than I expected, I was able to fold part of it in still be able to adjust it myself. This is so much more comfortable than a 6 inch ace bandage! The ace will roll up almost immediately and become a tourniquet. And I am able to put it on and take it off by myself. This is a huge plus because during recovery, one’s comfort level shifts throughout the day. I didn’t want to spend a lot on a compression garment but right now the chest compression is necessary and I’m so thankful to have finally found something that I could use independently. I have returned no less than seven items that were intended for chest compression, but weren’t suitable for a variety of reasons. Several are currently in my car waiting to drop off at UPS. My husband and sons have tried different ways of wrapping of the Ace bandage, but still no comfort long-term throughout the day. This binder is absolutely perfect. The velcro is very strong and there is some “pulling” of the fabric but who cares. I have only worn this over very thin tank tops because it seems like it may be scratchy against the surgical wounds. But even wearing it in Florida over clothing I have not found it too hot. I may cut off the excess length at some point, but right now it adds an extra layer of compression and protection. If you are having a bilateral mastectomy, this is the only product I would recommend. I am currently 4 weeks post op and have worn this for about a week. I am headed to UPS today to return the other items I couldn’t tolerate for more than an hour at most. We have been struggling along with the ACE s that were recommended by the surgeon. I am printing off the product description for this item and taking it to her office when I follow up this afternoon. It is the only product she should be recommending, in my opinion. Best wishes

It does nothing.
You'd think that someone that wears a size xl would need the large size of this product. No! Not only is it too large to do any good or get it wrapped around yourself to get it tight enough the quality of the product is very low. The band has the loop side of velcro on one end and it clings to the product anywhere it touches. The only thing this product is good at is clinging to itself. You can't try putting this on by yourself without the end flap laying over and clinging to itself. There's no way to hold the binder in place, unhook the end from itself then fasten it where you want it. I think even with another person helping it would not have the strength to bind the breasts as you might desire. I recommend you give this one a hard pass and save yourself some money and frustration.

Does the job
Does the job but it’s not a good design. Hard to take off when you need to rewrap dressings (if applicable), threading comes out from taking it off and gets fuzzy.

Effective compression wrap. Velcro closure a bit too robust and tears up the fabric.
Purchased following breast reduction surgery. The large 60" size wrapped 1 1/2 times around my chest (48" needed) and required assistance to get compression level right and secured (ending in the back) -- could never have managed it myself. The fabric length, stiffness and stretchiness was good, although for me, one side had double thickness, the other just one (started wrap in the middle chest area). The Velcro closure adheres very well, almost too well and roughs up the fabric. I wore a tank undershirt underneath for comfort. With the right level of compression, it stayed in place fairly well and didn't ride up nor slip down. All in all, it provided a suitable compression option for me opposed to a surgical vest/bra which has been torture for me due to the bottom elastic riding up into the incision area.

Yes
I received several of these after having my double mastectomy I did return a lot of them because I only needed to, but it works fantastic. It helps keep all the swelling down.

Unsure
Unsure how I feel about this product, I personally bought this for post recovery after a double mastectomy. I did trim it down to size , I’m only 4’11 so it took over my upper torso, I didn’t expect it to be that stiff and actually cut into my stomach. I also found the Velcro was so strong that I didn’t have the strength to undo it myself. Overall I think it’s definitely a quality product, it wasn’t cheap or useless, it just wasn’t fit for my individual needs.

Good Until it's Not
I really wanted to like this product. Honestly, I even did when I initially started to wear it as I was coming from compression vests that were ill-fitting (one too spacious, the other too tight). This seemed like a marked improvement, but that didn't last. The first issue was one that has been repeatedly noted here: the velcro strip is obnoxious. It's not easy to manipulate even before you take into mobility limitations often resulting from these surgeries. Beyond that, it's just too wide; mine rolled up constantly, which meant stopping what I was doing to attempt (and usually fail) to adjust it "right". Worse, even with the ridiculous velcro that should have kept everything in place, anything that wasn't velcro'd moved around, meaning I often had one end of the wrap dangling below the rest of the wrap, which led to inconsistent pressure being applied. Maybe buy this in a pinch if you have no other choice (financial or time constraints) but otherwise, keep looking. There are narrower versions available that due the job significantly better.
