My favorite vitamin for its methylated B-vitamins, omegas, and probiotics. It’s hard to find that convenient combination in one multi.

When I first saw the instructions said to take 4 per day, I thought “man that’s a lot,” but I’m so glad it’s not less than that because I could eat 20 of these things. They’re so delicious. The ingredients are fantastic and I really like the messages on the packaging, such as every batch being third-party lab tested, everything is organic, it’s probiotic, did I mention delicious? The texture is *similar* to a gummy (in that yes, it’s squishy), but not exactly. Your teeth bite straight through with very little pressure. I actually love it. They’re much more quick to dissolve than a traditional gummy and way easier to chew. If you ask me, they’re just straight up awesome. Update - FYI: Don’t buy these if they’re on sale. I did, and got a batch that was loaded with moisture. Tossed them out. These gummies are supposed to be completely dry so a good batch will have no moisture inside and the gummies will feel dry to the touch. No stickiness at all.

Little bit of a weird taste but not a big deal. I enjoy that they are easy to take on the go.

I read many of the reviews before I bought this. So I will say these are definitely not overly sweet. I have a sweet tooth and these are not overly sweet, as a matter of fact, a few of the colors have a slightly bitter flavor, but just slightly. I will keep buying these because I actually feel better, I have more energy and I’m in a better mood since taking these. I have not made any other lifestyle or dietary changes so it must be the vitamins that my body was deficient in that I’m increasing that makes me feel better. Secondly and very important, no side effects!. Yes, this will only last 30 days because the serving size is four gummy‘s per day, but I still feel it’s worth it since like I said I feel so much better and have had zero side effects. No headaches, no lightheadedness, no heartburn, no upset stomach.

The multivitamin formula itself seems fine, but the bottle I received had a very short remaining shelf life relative to a 30-day supply. Additionally, the gummies were noticeably sticky and clumped together, which made them harder to handle and raised concerns about freshness. Buyers may want to check the expiration date and condition upon arrival.

This may not be an issue with the vendor but rather with amazon. But this is the third package I have received an expired bottle. The product is fine, but it is concerning that the product I am receiving is already expired. I get nervous when it has probiotics whether it is safe for use. Overall I like the product but would like to receive non-expired bottles.
