works really well for my migraines, just don't put it to close to your eyes because it will make them watery and burn, very easy to use, not to strong of a smell. I recommend it

I keep this in my purse at all times. It’s been a lifesaver to just sniff when I’m dealing with scent sensitivity and nausea from a migraine. It stays icy cold wherever you roll it on your skin, which can be too intense for some people. However- when you’re having a hot flash, it’s a Godsend! It’s been great for long distance driving, as well. When I’ve gotten a little drowsy, it’s helped me get my brain back in the game so I could safely make it to the next rest area.
