Perfect amount of shine, could hold better
I am a 32yo woman with thick hair, currently just over 2 inches on top, 1 inch back and sides (I am between cuts, so this is close to my max length). I was looking for a product which would give a "natural" looking shine and a fairly decent hold (I already have very firm hold products so I didn't need it for that). The shine is lovely, gives my hair that "2nd day dirty, but still looks conditioned and healthy and glossy" look. My partner immediately commented on how soft my hair looked. I get my hair cut every 2 months, and after about the 6 weeks mark I find the length a bit annoying to style. My other firm-hold products make my "just about to cut" length look and feel a bit too solid and clumped together, so I was hoping for something which would make it look soft and "floppy" while also tidying up some of the bulk which tends to be a bit scruffy just before a cut. I have not tried it yet on a fresh cut when it is very short and choppy, but I imagine it would add a lovely texture. Again the hold is not fabulous, but I have other things for that. This sort of holds my quiff in place, but when I lean forwards and things it falls a bit across my forehead, but since there is no sticky or solid residue (it just feels lovely and soft), I don't mind having to push it back up. My hair is very heavy for most products to keep upright, so it probably holds better on thinner/shorter/lighter hair. I recommend this for those who want a natural shine/gloss and gentle control for slightly longer choppy styles. The smell is a bit strong, and I don't adore it, but this is not a deal-breaker for me. This is now one of my favourite products.

Ich liebe die Pomade, aber wahrscheinlich hauptsächlich wegen des Geruchs. Halt ist aber auch toll.
