Dr. Martens Men's Carlson Mules

I LOVE these pink clogs. Ordered my normal doc size 11 women’s and they fit amazing. Slightly smaller than usual, maybe, since I’m wearing them with bare feet. I wear a 9.5 in dress heels if that is any indication of my weird feet. The footbed is SO soft and squishy. Speaking of soft, the suede is like butter. I treated them with suede protectant immediately. No break in period required with bare feet!

Excellent and stylish. Well made and comfy. You can wear them with the strap on the back but I usually push it forward so it's more decorative than functional. They run a bit small so if you have the choice order a half size larger. I love them and get compliments on them constantly.

Dr. Martens are always a great investment. Saved my net buying these here. Love them a year later and of course they hold up well.

The shoes arrived in good condition. The box is in good condition and they were wrapped nicely. However, I did notice that they have been used previously they have dirt on the soles and the stuffing and card board insert that is normally inside of the shoes was outside so I’m glad I got these while they are on sale because returning them is an inconvenience for me as the nearest location to return anything from Amazon is two hours away from where I live. I have previously purchased Dr. Martens boots in size 9, so I figured the same size would be safe They fit nicely but are just the tiniest bit too small. I can feel my heel about to start to slip off of the back but they don’t if I were to have gotten a half size up they would be too big so I’m glad I went with my original size 9.

These are my all-time favorite slip-on shoes. The moveable back strap makes them easy to put on and take off, and I love the color. They’re warm and cozy without getting too hot, and extremely comfortable for all-day wear. They also work well for both casual and business casual outfits. They do stretch a bit over time, so keep that in mind when choosing your size. I personally would not size up like I typically do with Docs. I went with my actual size shoe. Since they’re suede, I also used a waterproofing spray to help protect them and keep them looking good long-term, as they would likely be harder to keep clean without it.

So comfortable! I absolutely love these and will be purchasing another pair soon. Fits true to size and color is the perfect pink!

I was very indecisive of which size to get. I’m a true 8.5 in women’s and of course doc martens don’t have half sizes. I decided to purchase a 9, which is the first picture. I fell immediately in love with them, wearing them for about a week but was annoyed by how much length there was and also how the buckle kept falling all the way down. I went as far as to buy a leather hole puncher tool to further tighten the buckle, but it didn’t work. I kept thinking that it was still the right choice, believing that the 8 would be way too snug since I’m a genuine 8.5. It’s very hard to find this style in person to try on, but I did end up finding them and tried the 8 on. (The second picture) I was very shocked to find that they fit like a glove! I hated that I listened to the reviews and didn’t get the size which I usually get to begin with in doc martens. Moral to the story, ladies, if you’re like me and a true 8.5, get the 8s!! In my opinion, the 8 fits like an 8.5. I’m not sure if the pictures really do it justice, but figured maybe it would help someone to see both sizes. PS, I purchased both the tan and the black ones. They’re beyond comfortable and required no break in time for me. Definitely my new favorite shoes!! The next doc martens I get are going to be the Mary Jane’s!

Received Sand color show yesterday, expecting the black ones to arrive today. The shoes I did get are amazing. They appear well made, I reserved a star because of my legit concern regarding the strap coming loose on several reviews. I will update after wearing a few times. The color is just as pictured. It goes with everything! The comfort is 10 plus, absolutely no break in time required. The value was there for me as I caught them at a reduced price, although if they are durable as I expect them to be, they are worth full manufacturing price, IMO. Wearability is effortless, they glide on and thankfully in my case stay on, sock or no sock no problems. 5 star worthy if they perform as expected. ***The Black pair of shoes came in as expected the next day but they were NOT new. They were clearly returns and I promptly sent them right back. I am enjoying the Sand color mules I kept but NO, NO and NO to sending customers returns unless they state its a return up front and the customer agrees.

I was hankering after a chunky pair of mules with the option of sling back. After some looking around various sites I settled on these Dr Martens. I was thrilled to get these on Amazon for £50 less than direct from Dr Martens- who also never had the size I wanted in stock. Having read reviews some people thought you should size up which I did (UK 6 rather than UK 5). I would say they are a tad too big, but not so much they come off my feet. They are also wide which suits me with a wider foot but might not suit a very slim foot. They look great on, comfy from the start with no breaking in required- it’s a bit like wearing a pair of slippers but they are smart enough to wear to work. I also love the option of using the sling back or just as a mule. Highly recommend these especially if you can acquire at the cheaper price but I would’ve paid full price if it came to it!
