These work so well, much better than the regular fishing pliers. I was struggling trying to get small bones out of our trout and this finally allowed me to do that. This product allows you to pull out the small bones without destroying the filet. I would definitely recommend this. It works amazing.

These are my favorite fish bone removal tool. I use them to remove Salmon bones before smoking or after cooking. Removing bones before cooking/smoking can be very challenging but these work great. They are high quality and feel great in the hand. I use the bent part of the nose to pick the bones from the side, it's odd but works the best! You can often get multiple bones at the same time.

I tried needle nose pliers first to see if those would work (they were terrible). This tool is amazing! It firmly grasps pin bones and helps you remove the bone without having to damage the rest of the fillet. Makes preparing fish so much easier - this is an absolute must have tool for fish.

We have used this product before and it worked fine. But last purchase we made the spring broke within a week of us purchasing it.
