The connector from my hose to the appliance isn't great so it does tend to leak a bit when the valve is closed but I don't think this is the fault of the appliance. **Q: Where can I get a replacement connector as the on off lever is broken. Used only twice!!!** A: Blimey ! I can not help you on this one sorry.Alan **Q: it doesnt connect to a standard hozelock hosepipe connector, what adaptor do i need?** A: Mine is just attached to a normal connector i.e. the type you use when attaching a spray or sprinkler attachment. I used the brush attachment & it worked really well - the green is now gone. I also had dirty window frames & sills which are now also very clean. I am a 5'2"" female and still managed to reach to upstairs windows with the use of small steps. The system is very light & easy to use. The only issue I had was that the connection to hose came off a couple of times & leaked slightly so I did get a bit wet but that may be the fault of my connector.
