It is a great product with so many features for the price I love using the Gimble what a difference it makes to your footage there is no need to spend hundreds of pounds on your first gimble this one is great

I’ll start out admitting I’ve never used a gimbal before. To me, gimbals, are not self-evident in function or how to use them in the real world. I spent a couple hours playing, watching videos and reading the book before I could really understand how one would use this in the real world. **Gimbal** I was initially scared to damage the unit by just unfolding it from the storage position. It requiry es a little more pull than you expect. Don’t worry about giving a half-decent tug. There is no latch or clip that you can break. The gimbal functions as a stabilizer/leveler without any App required. I’mot not a big fan of apps for hardware as they are usually written by hardware people that have no idea how to make a good app. The AOCHUAN App is actually pretty good. Not exactly Apple quality, but they definitely put some effort into it. The app is used to record video or take photos while controlling the gimbal. This really unlocks some cool functionality. - Face tracking - simple - it uses the gimbal to move your phone to keep your face centered in the video. - Body tracking - similar to Face tracking, but it keeps the center of your body in the frame. This would be great for doing skater tricks and such. - Object tracking - You put an object in the frame, highlight it with your finger on the App, and the App will move the gimbal around to follow the object in the frame. This is exceptional for doing product reviews or demonstrating how to do a task on an object. ^^ The above features allow you to video things by yourself without repositioning the camera every few seconds. - The app has pro features like manual shutter speeds and all that fun stuff. - Additional image stabilization - use Bluetooth mic for audio ** Hand Gestures ** - I figured this would be a gimmick, but it totally makes sense and works! - Start/stop video or take a photo - Enable/disable face/object tracking to pause movement - flip between portrait and landscape view - even a gesture to pause gesture recognition Really, there is so much functionality in the App, it’s impossible to cover it all. After playing with it for a while, you appreciate it more and more. There’s videos on YouTube on how the various modes work and some advanced cool effects you can do with the gimbal. Case: This set includes a nice carry case for this sensitive piece of equipment. You don’t want to damage the motors or gyros that sense and correct the orientation of the unit. Mini Tripod / selfie stick - Pretty cool - you can extend it roughly 30”. Use it as a selfie-stick or add the optional tripod feet to put it on the ground or a flat surface. Bottom line: I think this gimbal kit really works well, is well constructed and can get anyone on their way to making high-quality videos! Highly recommended. This is a fun little tool, and it does work well. It does work best though once the app is installed on the phone and your phone is connected via bluetooth. The control setup is decent and everything is controlled with the right thumb, the build is orientated around the right hand, although if you have to you can function with a little stretching with the left hand. Since there is only one thumb joystick that functions by number of presses, this is something you will need to check in the manual, and if you do not use this often you might forget what 1,2,3 presses do. But that is simply the result of making a device that has a simplified interface. The whole device works fairly well and with face, body or object recognition it does work well, so long as you do not move to fast, I find with fast movement it will not respond quickly enough but with moderate movement it can track well. The led light that comes with is OK, the lighting is fine and it has a range of colours, but if you want white and you accidentally skip past, you will need to scroll through all the colours to get back to it. The Extension and tripod are separate but pretty decent, although I would prefer if the tripod was big, I worry that a strong breeze could overwhelm it. The quality of everything in the set is great everything feels like it should handle regular use and keep going. I am very happy with the build quality, it is not amazing but it is very good. I do like the storage bag, it is nicely padded and everything has its place and nothing will be slipping away. I have not had any other gimbal before to I am unable to compare this to anything else. Overall though, this is quite nice, it has a decent response to my actions, the movement is smooth and the software is easy to use and not cumbersome. The whole setup feels geared to getting the job done without any fuss.

Produit sympa mais relativement lourd à l'usage. Attention a la taille de votre téléphone. N'est pas adapté à tous les téléphones, surtout s'ils sont de format maxi. Par exemple l'iphone 11 Pro passe tout juste. Il passe à 2 mm du bord de la poignée lorsqu'il tourne. Sinon très bon rapport qualité/prix
