One White Willow Tree - Silver Leafs Shimmer in The Moon Light - One Cutting to Grow, Beautiful Outdoor Shade or Privacy Trees

My willow tree is growing great. When I ordered it I thought I would only have one but when I unwrapped it l had three sticks with roots. 2 of them just looked like sticks and one had blooms on it. know they all three are growing real nice. Willow trees need lots of water so when you go to plant them in the ground, plant them by water or some where that stays wet. Iam going to plant mine by our pond. All I did when I got mine was plant them in miracle-gro potting soil and water it every morning and evening. You can look at the pictures to see how much I watered it.

I received two sticks and put them into a clear mason jar with the water from the tap. I didn’t do anything special, didn’t have any root hormone so I just waited. After a few days, they started to sprout roots, and the leaves started to grow pretty green. I can’t speak to the quality as one of them survived, and the other one didn’t. Out of nowhere the plant just got soft on the large stick and quit growing and turned brown. Never even made it out of the water so I don’t know what could’ve happened. The little one is still doing good.

The branch got here early and I didn’t have a spot ready yet, but it came with clear instructions, and it’s doing so well! I’m very excited. There were no leaves on the sticks that arrived, these all grew within the week! It roots very quickly, and loooooves water! Cant wait!

Ordered 2 of the white willow tree saplings, placed them in water on my kitchen windo sill and 3 days later they started to root, today, at day 5, their roots are 2” long and they have buds starting. Would definitely order again.

Unfortunately I ordered this along with 2 others. I ordered the weeping willow, wisteria, and green geisha. The only one that ever produced roots was the geisha , the others never sprouted any form of roots. The picture is also misleading, because it present the idea that their cuttings that already have leaves. Which isn’t the case. Overall I’m super disappointed. The ones I wanted to grow the most didn’t even root sadly. Not sure if they used hormone rooting gel even. I’ve grown 100’s of bonsai over the years, and I’ve only had issues like this a few times before. Just sucks because I really waited ever since I bought them thinking eventually they would show signs of roots.

Today is the third day since I received three beautiful cuttings of white willow, and they have already grown roots and the first buds of leaves are appearing. Thank you for “my children,” grown with love. 🙏 definitely 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I only give it a 3 star only because out of three stems only one grew

I have placed orders from this company before and I have had mixed success. In Every Case more than a single cutting has arrived and at least one of the cuttings has grown roots and sprouted foliage. (I am unable to rate how well the previous new cuttings faired afterward due to circumstances causing the plants to be neglected.) Concerning this order, I can report that I once again received three cuttings all carefully packaged and wrapped in a moist paper towel. (However One of those cuttings was wrapped upside down). Please take note that the buds of your cuttings should be pointed skyward. I am happy to report that on 24 February I immediately followed the enclosed detailed instructions and place the cuttings in soil. (Please Note that Spring was arriving early this year). By 1 March I noticed the first signs of growth on one of the cuttings. Upon closer inspection of all the cuttings this is when I noticed on of the cuttings was actually upside down. I quickly corrected this and can report today, 3 March, new growth on the one that was inverted. Of some concern that I have comparing growth is that the first cutting is not showing the "Silver-White" foliage that the one that was inverted is beginning to show. The larger of the 3 cuttings seems to be slower to take root or sprout new foliage but is not showing signs of death. I remain hopeful that it will show more signs of life in the future. I would have given this a 5 star review if the single cutting mentioned above was wrapped correctly. The directions are easy to follow with great illustrations. I find it a good value for the money with quality cuttings the extra cuttings are a great insurance practice. These plants reacted fast to LOTS of WATER and several times a day I spray them with mist. I remain hopeful that all 3 of the cuttings are actually white in color when the foliage fully emerges.
