Let me preface this by saying I have issues with any inner ear headset. Every single one i have used causes sore spots. So I will not be counting anything about that against it but will be talking about it. Packaging is nice. Almost everything has a qr code so you can do the warranty and everything. Very convenient in my eyes. The unit itself looks sleek and is light weight. Charged with no problem. Connected without an issue at all. I did not test with a pc but it does have a usb connector which is nice to be included. Instructions for connecting are included and easily followed. Can connect to two devices as well. Sound was very clear and the people I spoke to stated they could hear me well with no distortion or anything. Now onto fit. I cannot say how it will fit anyone else but for me it hung a little low with the ear bud sitting on the bottom of my ear canal. It didn't take long for it to start giving a sore spot. I couldn't get it adjusted to fit me. My wife tried it on and said it was comfortable as did my brother in law. As I stated I always have issues with this type but had hoped this one would be different. For me it was not. If you don't have problems with ear buds you will probably love this unit. It does come with multiple bud covers. The price was good for the clarity of calls and functionality as well as battery life. I am a semi driver so length of battery is important to me as is clarity of calls. I could get out of the truck and walk to the back of the semi (approx 63 foot) with no interruption in connection which I have often with other headsets. Quality seems good but as I said it is light weight so it will depend on how rough you are on items or if you do them a lot. Personally I will be handing these off to my brother in law as he loved them. I would buy these as a gift to give to someone else because the quality and clarity but they just don't fit year or I would be keeping them. Hope this helps.

I hope this saves someone money someday. I'll preface this with mentioning I work in IT. I eat headset issues for breakfast and this was not operator error. I have dealt with all of the nightmare $10 headsets clients purchase to save a few bucks. I have become that which I hate the most. I just wanted a little backup earpiece so I'm not SOL if my others decide to kick the bucket or get flushed down the toilet by a toddler. This one tops as the worst earpiece I've ever tried. This thing is worse than getting a 100% non-functional device. The dongle and headset weren't paired out of the box - no big deal, right? Oh my sweet summer child, you are so wrong. The dongle has absolutely insane range(usually a hell yeah) to the point that I had to turn off EVERY single device able to pair with Bluetooth in a two-story home before I could finally get it to stop trying to pair with the downstairs TV or my wife's iPad 50ft away. It's like it was searching for everything that wasn't the matching earpiece sitting right next to it. Finally paired it, problem solved? WRONG AGAIN. It'll randomly decide cut off audio output/input until you power cycle, re-pair. Do you like using mute buttons? Guess what you need to do to unmute yourself after you press the mute button? Power cycle, re-pair. Use a softphone? You'll never guess what you need to do if you ever need to switch audio in/out between it and any other app you're running: power cycle, re-pair. Tried pairing it via Bluetooth without the dongle. It has about a 1.5ft range before the nice lady with the thick Chinese accent lets you know the device has been disconnected. You may be asking yourself: "I could just use a Bluetooth receiver that sits in front of me on my desk. It'll just reconnect again when in range, right?". Nope. Power cycle, re-pair. If you're certifiably insane and decide to keep this earpiece despite the issues above, wait until you hear about the audio input/output quality - if you can hear either in the first place. Think of an old timey turn of the century tin can recording of not a human being, but a malfunctioning robot pleading for the sweet release of [shutdown mode] cutting in and out between every word. The audio quality of those early 2000s flip phones prisoners sneak in with their *special* wallets. I would rather kick a beehive in my birthday suit than place this crime against humanity in my ear again.
