I'm looking to repair the thin shrink wrap on batteries. It is thinnable with a solvent? I need about the thickness of nail polish.

It should work without having to thin it right out of the can it is thin. May even need a second coat.

How long does it take to "dry?" Time to becoming non-sticky and durable for use.

About 5 minutes between coats, around 4 to 6 hours for durability & max strength, cure time 12+ hours depending on temp.
