This stuff works great. Pouring oil down the sink, even with soap and hot water, is just screaming for plugged plumbing in the future. And pouring oil into a trash can, even with a plastic bag inside, is just asking for a bag break and drips of oil all over the floor when taking out the trash or inside the trash can. The Cooking Oil Solidifier solves both problems. Once done cooking, while the oil in the pan is still hot, stir in a scoop of product for every 8-oz of fat or oil, and then let things sit. As the oil cools, it will form a stiff gel that can be lifted out and disposed in a wastebasket (or burned in a campfire). From a cast-iron skillet, the gel lifts out perfectly, leaving a very easy-to-rinse and wipe-out skillet, ready for storage and reuse.

It works great and is easy to use!

Works great! We no longer have to save jars to put used oil in to put in the trash. This congeals with the oil and you can scrape it out of the pan into the trash. Saves the septic and no leaking bags of trash.

This Cooking Oil Solidifier Powder is fantastic. It works exactly as advertised, quickly and completely solidifying used cooking oil for a mess-free disposal. It's so much easier and cleaner than traditional methods. Definitely worth the investment for a simpler kitchen cleanup

It works really well. I use it to clean out my deep fryer it's a 2 liter fryer and changing the oil is always super irritating. I found this stuff and I've been using oil hardener ever since. It works very quickly and the instructions are easy to follow. It takes about 12 scoops to clean my deep fryer I should get about 5 more uses out of the 80 scoop container.

Gets the job done! I only use it for my smoker's drip pan.

Not effective as advertised. No instruction how to use it. Too expensive.
