Won’t work just says unable to redeem licence

So my wife wanted an ifit mirror and then a spin bike also compatible with ifit a couple of years ago, and happy wife... But with move, new job, etc, it has all fallen by the wayside. Ifit linked products are very much in the genre as the Peloton equipment, you spend way over the odds for a piece of fitness equipment and then monthly for classes use said overprice item. We now have a rowing machine as well, that's the grandkids room now completely repurposed. So when I saw Amazon doing the ifit membership cheaper than going direct I had to do it. I was initially a bit weary as there were a lot of reviews that mentioned it doesn't link properly, resistances not being change and the like, but I have had no issues. A very helpful reviewer pointed out that the code that get emailed from amazon goes into the billing section, not the logical membership section, which was a great help. Set up and working in about 5 minutes.

Great value for money if you use it on the iPad / Phone etc same content as the £34 per month subscription

Waiting for a refund, the Amazon website said I had activated my subscription but the iFit website and apps all said I hadn’t. Takes up to 7 days for refund. I don’t get why it’s not worked. I tried to link the account but Amazon website told me I already activated subscription…which it hadn’t as I hadn’t clicked through the screen at that time (have to input your email address twice in a window).

Placed the order and linked the license to my account. Nothing happened even when trying to activate the license on my phone. Eventually it worked when using a laptop rather than mobile.

This doesn’t work on equipment

This is a scam. This does not gonwoth your bike. Sonis a complete waste of money and time
