1 of d bestest coaxial speakers i had fitted on ma car doors, i had only hook it wit ma Sony head unit no external amp & it's bass loudness & clarity is satisfying guys. D sound output is almost same to same compare 2 ma front door pioneer components which is same hook wit Sony head unit no external amp, both front components pioneer & rear Polk audio coaxial i connected 2 ma Sony head unit & boom bang on d buck... Go 4 it guys witout 2nd thots u won't regret it, i don't nid ne subs nor oval speakers on d back its jus boom all d way as it's sufficient at high volumes both speakers doesn't distort too much only & only if u push it beyond its limits den u'll hear a Lil bit of distortion.

Very nice, rugged speakers for the price. For some reason, components just don't sound good in my car so I have 4 x Coaxials, these. Re the sound, from Polk I expected more rich, coloured sound but these are perfect for me, more natural sound. I have a very decent Amp and Subwoofer so these really make a big difference! The only problem I think, is that as these are designed for boats too, you are paying for water proofing (build quality) and so, maybe a bit less for sound. They're 'Marine Certified'. This is a bit of a waste in a car as water is not an issue but they won't rust! They are crystal clear, NOT excessively bright! (If you find them bright, you can easily reduce the treble slightly on your head unit) Bass is not as deep as claimed but I don't expect much bass from door speakers. I have a Sub so the sound is very well balanced. At ₹6262, just go for it already! You will be very happy! _

For the price point of these, the are perfect to have in a small car, I have them fitted in the front doors, but would love to add a pair in the rear as well.

The package was look like an old used one. Not the real packing from the polk audio.

The sound quality is very good for coaxial speakers. Mid & higher range will blow your mind (you will love to listen the music again and again) The packaging was perfect, i did not require any other part to purchase. No damage was done during shipping. Kudos to the seller and amazon for delivering it within 24 hours. FYR - I have replaced the stock speakers. It was hardly around 500 gms. The high range was pathetic in the stock speakers.

you should use good amp to get better results

This is the third time I've bought these speakers for the third car I've owned where I wanted to upgrade. I keep coming back to them. These speakers will happily take the power without a sweat and absolutely pound if you hook it up to a good amp in a serious system. Yet, they ALSO have excellent sensitivity and will play clear and bright on the typical 20W that the built-in amp of an aftermarket deck can provide.

Have 4 of these speakers in my car (front door and rear parcel shelf) connected to a Sony AX5000 with no amp and they sound amazing!! Really surprising how much bass these can put out.

Amazonで購入、米国から2週間ほどで到着しました。エスティマハイブリッドのリアに設置です。フロントのMM6502との音のつながりもよく大変素晴らしい音です。Polk audioは家庭用スピーカーは日本に参入していますが車用も正式に参入販売してほしい。 みんなが知りたいのは自分の車にPolk audioスピーカーが設置できるかどうか、どう取り付けしたらいいかだと思うのでPolkがみんカラと正式にコラボすれば設置の情報も共有されるしいいんじゃないでしょうか。

These Polk Audio DB652+ 6.5" speakers are a slight modify fit replacement for the OEM Honda speakers in 2000-2006 Insights. These fit in both the doors and the rear cargo bulkhead. Power handling is up to 100 watts of continuous power; not a problem for my installed Pioneer DEH-P9400BH CD receiver which outputs 14 watts per channel. These DB652's can handle all the power that my Pioneer receiver can give them. My ears, not so much. Sound quality matches or exceeds the OEM paper cone speakers, with very clear high frequencies. Female singers are much clearer with these installed. I can actually understand the lyrics to many songs now. Not too surprising, given the 40Hz-22,000Hz range of these speakers. Construction is very good - the rubber speaker cone surrounds on these Polk's are a lot less likely to come unglued from the speaker frames than the factory speakers. All four of mine had done so multiple times; I finally got tired of re-glueing them with super glue or listening to the buzzing and distortion from loose cones at moderate volume levels. For you boaters and RV owners out there, these are MARINE CERTIFIED., with waterproof inner and outer surrounds and UV resistant speaker cones. IP 56 rated. Unfortunately, for fellow first generation (2000-2006) Insight owners, these speakers will not just drop in. They have four tabs used for mounting the included Polk grills. These interfere with the door panel speaker openings and prevent the speakers from sitting down flush in the speaker mount, so they need to be removed. You can see them in the included pictures. You can either cut them off or grind them down; your choice. I opted to cut mine off with a pair of diagonal wire cutters. The bad news there is that once you do that, you most likely won't ever be able to mount the included grills. The good news is that thes DB652's fit behind the OEM Honda speaker grills without any interference, so you don't need the Polk grills, which don't fit the OEM grill openings anyway - they're too small. A little more good news is that Polk includes a pair of Factory Grille Badges that you can stick on the factory grills for those of you who must announce to the world that you have Polk Audio speakers in your Insight. Other things to note for Insight installation is that you will need to use the included 25mm screws to secure these to the speaker mounts; the 16mm OEM screws are a bit too short. They grab a few threads, but not enough for my liking. The u-clips are not needed. No issues with the magnet fitting in the existing openings at all four locations in the vehicle. In the box, in addition to the two DB652 DB+ speakers, you get two lengths of speaker wire, two plastic grills, two plastic mounting ring adapters, stainless steel hardware (8x u-clips, 8x 25mm black painted screws), and a set of grill badges.
