Doesn't Clump!
Great and affordable stuff for adding onion flavor to what I'm cooking. I've purchased purer onion powder in the past that tasted better (and cost more) but it quickly hardened into a solid lump that I grew tired of scraping back into pourable form. The Lawry's is a good compromise for me and I recommend it.
