Important health test - excellent.
Everyone should have their Omega 3 levels tested. This test was not expensive and easy to do. This manufacturer does not sell supplements- a real plus in my book.

Worth it
Taking this omega-3 test was actually a lot of fun and surprisingly eye-opening. The process was simple, and the results came back in a clear, easy-to-understand format. I even printed out the report and tucked it into my supplement cabinet so I can reference it anytime. That way I can adjust the dose when I refill my omega 3 supplements. What really stood out to me was discovering that I was only getting about 1/5 of the omega-3s I actually needed. Having that concrete data has helped me adjust my routine and feel more confident that I’m on the right track. Overall, it feels like a smart tool for anyone who wants to take a more personalized approach to their health.

Love this test.
I love this test. Easy to obtain the finger stick. Prompt results. Omega 3 affects your skin, brain, mental status, heart etc. I have purchased many for family and friends. The company personally responds vis email to any issues.

Absolutely essential for vegan/plant-based diets -- "test don't guess"
This test is easy to use, requires only 1 drop of blood from a finger prick. Online results are available in just a few days. Even if you supplement with algal oil (or for omnivores, fish oil), the only way to know if you're supplementing the right amount of EFA/DHA is to test. Lab-based serum tests cost 2 to 4x what this little kit does, so this is a great value. When you get your results, the report has a link to a calculator to help figure out how much more Omega3 you need to supplement if you come up low. My only small gripe was the spring-loaded lancet included in the kit has a lot of force and bruised my finger tip, but that is what it is.

Easy test, but company seems irresponsible when it comes to privacy
The test was easy, and results were relatively fast. My main issue and the reason for the low rating is that they collect your birthdate. This would be fine if they did reasonable protections for your information. However, when your results are ready, unlike Everlywell or other companies which merely notify you that the results are ready; they email you a PDF with all your information including your birthdate. Allowing your email provider and anyone else to parse and obtain that information.
