Ehhh worth a try
I was so excited to try these I followed the instructions on the packet it was fishy and salty but it seemed to get worse maybe add a few more minutes

Acquired Taste but Good
These are a great little salty/seaweedy addition to salads, ramen, Asian dishes, or just as a snack like Nori sheets. They are easy to rehydrate and refrigerate for that cool pop when you crunch into them. The instructions are easy to follow. There are 5 servings in the packet and at $11.50 for the packet, makes them $2.30 a serving, which is reasonable. These would be a great addition to a specialty foods gift basket.

Unique crunchy caviar
You put these in water to rehydrate them and then you put them on ice to get the crunch. I followed the directions of rinsing them up to 3 times, but they ended up not being salty enough. Caviar is supposed to be salty, so next time I will only rinse them once. We just munched on them as a snack, but next time, I am going to put them in a salad. They are fun and unique.

Unique texture. Great for adding to ramen soups or vegetable soups.
The bag contains a smaller pack of the seaweed. The seaweed needs to be soaked in water for about 5 minutes to expand a little. Rinse with water about 2-3 times. The more you rinse the less salty it becomes. Because it is natural seaweed, it's saltiness comes from the sea water it absorbs. They expand into tiny grape-like orbs. Dump them into your soups or whatever dish you desire. The texture is really unique. The little grapes burst under each chew. They are almost gelatin like with a salty flavor. It's basically eating fleshy seaweed. I like these a lot. Gives something different to my dishes. Love the texture the most. Will recommend.
