Good Coffee, Good Price
I often buy 5lb bags of whole bean or ground. What can I say, I like my coffee. This brand and flavor (hazelnut) appears to be pretty good and was the best price versus it's competitors. First few cups taste good. Will buy again.

Overground, little hazelnut flavor
I am so disappointed in this! I've been buying this brand and flavor whole bean and it's quite good. Amazon cancelled my subscription (no notification like they do for everything else) so I ordered it direct, not realizing it was ground, my mistake. The coffee is stale, has very little hazelnut flavor and its ground to a powder, made a giant mess in my coffeemaker AND it's not eligible for return. The return policy says you can get a refund, but they dont tell you how to get it! Awful now I have 15 lbs of crappy coffee!😖 Update already! Contacted customer service and they refunded me for all three, it doesnt make the coffee better though 😉

Bean or ground?
I usually buy whole bean, but was unavailable. Went for ground and can’t taste the difference. Happy with the switch.
