Good for it's practicality (10g of protein in a small bar)
Protein bars are mainly for the ease/practicality of getting 10g of protein, in a small bar, when you don't have time to prepare a meal. The taste is not great (but definitely not bad). It is kinda chewy though and a bit too sweet. It is filling, but only for couple of hours. I definitely did not find it as a meal replacement option. Found it useful, immediately after a workout. Having protein shakes 2-3 times a day to meet the protein requirement is kinda boring. So the bar is a good option in such cases. Though, it is way more expensive than a protein shake. I generally use it, when I don't have time to have a meal after workout (Due to work). Use this as a protein shake replacement and fills me up for couple of hours.
